A normal vulva. The pigmented labia minora are separated to show the vestibule (pink) and the entrance to the vagina. The fourchette is at the bottom of the picture (at the back of the entrance to the vagina. The clitoris not seen in this photo. Please note there is a wide variation in normal appearances of the vulva.

Sebaceous Glands
(Also known as
Fordyce Spots)

Multiple small smooth yellow papules on the inner right labial minora.  These are visible sebaceous glands and a normal anatomical feature of the vulva

Vestibular Papillomatosis

Multiple small soft papillae, variable in number, located in the vestibule and medial labia minora. They can vary in size with some being up to 6mm in
length and 1-2 mm wide. They are skin colored and can occur in isolation or can cover the vestibule. As they are a normal finding no treatment is required

Vestibular Papillomatosis

Multiple small soft papillae, variable in number, located in the vestibule and medial labia minora. They can vary in size with some being up to 6mm in
