ISSVD XXVII World Congress and International Vulvovaginal Disease Update
Although not hosted by the BSSVD, this ISSVD World Congress and International Update meeting is likely to be of interest to many of our members. It is scheduled to be held in the enchanting city of Ljubljana, Slovenia, from September 13 to 18, 2024.

BSSVD Vulval Disease – Essentials for Everyone

The BSSVD is running a one day virtual course aimed at all healthcare professionals working in women's health. It is designed to help you feel confident in the examination, diagnosis and treatment of common vulval conditions. We will cover vulval history and examination, the impact of vulval disease, common vulval conditions including Lichen Sclerosis and Genito urinary symptoms of menopause, how to spot VIN, vulval pain, psychosexual therapy and what to do if you suspect sexual abuse.
The course will appeal to everyone working in Women's Health, including GP's, advanced clinical practitioners, menopause specialists, practice nurses and midwives. Over the day attendees will cover all aspects of vulval disease.

BSSVD 2025 Meeting
The BSSVD Annual Scientific Meeting 2025 will be a two-day face-to-face meeting on 5th & 6th June.
The meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza in Liverpool.
