Isolated, smooth cystic lesion on the right side of the inner labia. These are common, usually asymptomatic subepithelial cysts occurring in the vestibule. They are of variable sizes and usually solitary lesions that are skin coloured, red, yellow or occasionally have a bluish tinge. The cysts are lined histologically by mucinous epithelium. No treatment is needed.

Multiple papular lesions resulting from obstruction of the lymphatic channels resulting in dilatation of the lymph channels. It can be acquired or congenital. Often they can leak lymph fluid.

Multiple yellowish, soft, small papules on the labia. A common, benign condition of sebaceous glands in adults of middle age or older. Lesions can be single or multiple (particularly nose, cheeks and forehead).

Multiple, confluent skin coloured papules. They can white, usually 1-4mm diameter but they may measure up to 2cm. This is benign tumor of the eccrine sweat glands and ducts that tend to occur in young women.
